The Declining Winter
The Declining Winter is the brainchild of Hood co-founder Richard Adams.
2008 saw the release of the critically acclaimed “Goodbye Minnesota” CD on Ireland's Rusted Rail records whilst Adams also took The Declining Winter on a successful tour throughout the UK and Europe.
